As we are working on designing our own MLP that will fit into the 'Kaimata Way' this will be ongoing as our ideas and PD evolves.

My first Leadership role at Kaimata is to lead the staff through the book 'Teach like a Pirate'. The purpose for this Professional Development is to support teachers on their journey towards innovative and collaborative teaching and learning.
We will be working through the book together, unpacking the chapters together and sharing how we will work towards achieving quality teaching and learning for all at Kaimata using the PIRATE acronym in doing so.
