Ongoing Study

I find myself stuck in rut at present. Trying to find where I fit and what I want to actually 'do' in education.
I have taken on so much extra study over the past 4 years and have found my true passion lies in innovation and supporting and coaching teachers and other leaders.
Being part of the Kahui Ako has possibly opened another door for me to continue to complete my Masters Degree and make connections with accredited facilitators so I can continue to pursue my career interests.

I shared an essay I wrote last year to the Kahui Ako Drive. The 4000 word essay was a Literature Review comparing the importance of management vs leadership in education.

-Interview with MindLab has been scheduled to complete my Masters in Contemporary Education for next year....Still in limbo...Will see how the interview goes. Do I stay, or pursue something else???

Accepted for MindLab's Masters Degree. Am now 2 months in and LOVING it!
